Our Quote Process

We aim to make the quoting process simple and supportive.

  1. You complete our online quote request form.
  2. We review your information and design preferences.
  3. We contact you to arrange a consultation.
  4. We prepare a design and quotation for your review.
  5. Once the quote is approved, full payment is required within six (6) months of the quote date.
  6. Production begins once payment has been received.
  7. Delivery (including Cape York and the Torres Strait Islands) and installation (Cairns, Tablelands, Cassowary Coast, Port Douglas and Mossman) can be arranged at an additional cost.

Production

Production begins once full payment is received, with delivery and installation arranged if required.
